All of our bookkeeping clients that use our services monthly are entitled to a free 2 page brochure style website. This website is a template only with a header picture of your choice.
We do have a setup package which includes the same website, but a few extra features such as:
- Setup of 1 page template site
- Header picture of your choice
- Setup of Google maps
- Setup of Google analytics
- Setup to Google site verification
- Link on OCS site to your page
This starter setup package costs $195.00 to setup.
Because our other department does websites for small business, all brochure websites will give you the opportunity to expand your brochure website when you are ready to do so.

The simple answer is "no".....sort of.
For your business, "doing taxes" should be so much more than just filing them.
All year, you should know how much tax you might pay and plan for it accordingly. So, do we do taxes? Well, yes, we prepare your books and make sure that you are meeting the necessary requirements.
Do we do tax returns? No. The tax laws are complicated and change often. We leave it up to the professionals who do taxes every single day.
However, when we turn your books over to your favorite accountant or tax preparer, they are "clean", meaning they need very little work and maintenance. That saves you money on your accountants bill!
Our rates vary slightly depending on the work that we must provide to you.
Our basic rate is $30 - $40 an hour, based upon actual time taken to do this work. Our rates are staggered according to revenues in order to help be functional for small business. These rates below are a "rule of thumb", and should not be considered a binding rate. An exact quote will be provided upon meeting with the client.
$0-$60,000 in revenues - $30/hour
$60,000 to $100,000 in revenues - $35/hour
Over $100,000 in revenues - $40/hour
We usually tell our clients that for a small business under $500,000 in revenues, you should estimate $1200 - 1500 per year in bookkeeping services. The less "paper" your business generates the less cost you will spend.
Retail businesses tend to cost the higher range, whereas 1 person style businesses will cost much lower.
We always recommend that to save costs, you make sure you bring us your paperwork each month.
